While we strive to perform the best possible auto repair services in the Portland metro area, sometimes there are problems we can’t foresee. Parts could wear out, or there could be a quality control issue we couldn’t anticipate. And you shouldn’t have to be responsible for that. Many auto shops take your money, do their repair, and end their communication and obligation to you with that transaction. We’re different. At Steve’s Imports, we stand by our work. We want you to have peace of mind, so include a warranty on every repair that fails under normal use for 2 year or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. This includes both parts and/or workmanship failure and covers both the parts and labor, so you aren’t on the hook for something you have no control over.

While we’re proud of our auto repair warranty, we go a step further on our collision and refinishing repairs.
- These warranties include a 5 year guarantee on any and all defective workmanship and materials for approved and recommended prep and refinish materials.
- This means that if we did something wrong, bring it back and we’ll make it right.
- Whether it’s an old restoration project or brand new car, you’re still covered!
- Our refinishing warranty is valid for as long as you own your car.
